How can developers judge whether to trust an open-source repository? SocialTrust.md brings socially-informed trust signals into a structured, readable Markdown label.

Method: Need-finding interviews with 12 participants, followed by usability studies with 13.
Finding: The label helped users surface more adoption risk signals, with uses for both consumers and maintainers.
